«Life shouldn’t depend on personal qualities of leaders and politicians," Kyrgyz President Almazbek Atambyaev said at a meeting of the National Council for Sustainable Development.
According to him, this is too unreliable and dangerous. There must be a systematic approach. It is necessary to change the formats of the distribution of power.
«Even those who have always fought for the rights of people can’t avoid the temptation of gain and money. Let those who want to earn money go into business, not politics. The deputy mandate, the chair of the minister should guarantee not higher protection, but responsibility, higher demand," Almazbek Atambayev said.
«Fair elections — not just counting of votes. There are many tricky nuances. The devil is in the details. I ask leaders of factions: fulfill your mission to the people. It’s necessary to come to parliament not to protect personal interests, nobody should be afraid now," the head of state concluded.
