Ilim Karypbekov tells President of Kyrgyzstan about OTRK plans
Director General of OTRK Ilim Karypbekov told the President of Kyrgyzstan Almazbek Atambayev about the plans of the TV channel. Information Policy Department of the Presidential Administration reported.
According to it, the head of the OTRK told the President about further plans for the development of the country’s main television channel in accordance with the principles of public service broadcasting, which also include improving the quality of content and technical upgrading of the channel amid the transition to digital broadcasting.
The work on the development of OTRK, according to Ilim Karypbekov, is conducted by the management of the TV channel in close interaction with representatives of civil society and the public.
