Tekebayev’s case. Lawyers to appeal measure of restraint on March 22
Lawyers of the leader of Ata Meken party Omurbek Tekebayev will appeal the measure of restraint on March 22. The lawyers informed 24.kg news agency.
According to them, the complaint will be submitted to the Supreme Court. The party’s secretariat doesn’t exclude actions in support of Omurbek Tekebayev in Bishkek on the day of court hearing.
The deputy was taken into custody until April 25. He is accused of corruption and fraud.
