Deputies consider in the second reading an agreement between the governments of
Deputy Ekmat Baybakpaev asked representatives of the government whether migration cards would be canceled. «This is the main problem at the border. They infringe upon the rights of the Kyrgyz people," he said.
Officials assured that migration cards will be canceled after the entry into force of this law.
