According to the results of the theological examination of the confiscated printed media, a criminal case was initiated against the detainee under the Article «Organization of activities of a public association and religious organization or any other organization in respect of which the court decided to liquidate or prohibit it in connection with the implementation of extremist activities, as well as involving citizens in its activities» of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
