Acting Minister of Economic Regulation in the interim government Emil Umetaliev summoned to GKNB with regard to the case of Omurbek Tekebayev, the department reported to 24.kg news agency.
It is noted that Emil Umetaliev summoned to GKNB as a witness in the framework of the criminal case against the leader of Ata Meken Omurbek Tekebayev and others.
At night, Febuary 26, GKNB detained the deputy of parliament Omurbek Tekebayev at Manas airport, who returned from a trip to Bishkek. The detention took place in the framework of the instituted by General Prosecutor's Office criminal proceedings. He was charged with corruption and fraud. Politician arrested until April 25.
