Guilty of fatal traffic accident Russian diplomat was drunk
First Secretary of the Embassy of Russia Viktor Pukhov, who is guilty of fatal traffic accident, was drunk. The Director of the Medical Advisory Services and Sports Medicine Center Sagynbek Aitbaev informed 24.kg news agency.
According to him, Viktor Pukhov turned for help on February 16 at 5.00 p.m.
Earlier it was reported that driver of Pukhov’s car was guilty of the fatal traffic accident. Viktor Pukhov was sent to Russia by the decision of the diplomatic mission’s leadership.
The Russian Embassy confirmed that Viktor Pukhov drove Toyota Land Cruiser Prado.
The accident took place on February 16 in Bishkek. Embassy car crashed into Mercedes Sprinter, driving through a stoplight. Evgeniy Leksin was killed. A criminal case was opened on the traffic accident.
