President approves budget of Kyrgyzstan for 2024
President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov signed the Law on the Republican Budget of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2024 and the Planning Period 2025-2026. The press service of the head of state reported.
The document was adopted by the Parliament on December 14, 2023.
According to the budget, revenues will amount to 378,405,583.1 billion soms, expenses — 367,493,223.5 billion.
The republican budget surplus is 10,912,359.6 billion soms.
It is proposed to use it to finance expenses for transactions with financial assets and cover the bulk of external liabilities (the main amount of public external debt).
In addition, the planned parameters of the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2025-2026 were approved.
