Foreigner detained in Bishkek after stabbing his friend with scissors
A suspect in causing grievous bodily harm was detained in Bishkek. The Internal Affairs Department of Bishkek reported.
On January 7, a foreigner was admitted to the emergency department of the Mambet Mamakeev National Surgical Center with a diagnosis «a stab wound in the abdomen, internal bleeding.»
«The police found out that a man during a quarrel stabbed his compatriot in the stomach with scissors,» the police department noted.
Criminal case has been initiated under Article 130 (Causing grievous bodily harm) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. The foreigner, 34, was detained and placed in the temporary detention center of the capital’s Internal Affairs Department.
Investigation into the case continues. All necessary examinations have been ordered.
