Police major relieved of duties for promotion of prostitution and debauchery
Officers of the Pervomaisky District Internal Affairs Department detained suspects of promoting prostitution and debauchery. The Central Internal Affairs Department of Bishkek reported.
«On the evening of December 23, a user of Instagram social media, activist Bolot Ibragimov, posted a video on his account, in which girls with low social responsibility provide intimate services for monetary compensation in one of the hotels on Kuliev Street,» the statement says.
21 people were taken to the police department. Four of them were detained.
The Internal Investigation Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs conducted an internal investigation, as a result of which ten heads of the district department and the capital’s Central Internal Affairs Department were held accountable for violations of the requirements of the disciplinary charter of law enforcement agencies and regulatory legal acts.
Among them is the head of the city police department No. 8 of the Internal Affairs Department of the Pervomaisky district of Bishkek, police major. He was relieved of his position.
