Hospitals with 500 beds will appear in Bishkek and Osh - Alymkadyr Beishenaliev
The Parliament of Kyrgyzstan considered and adopted the budget of the Compulsory Medical Insurance Fund for 2023-2024.
At the meeting, deputy Ruslanbek Zhakyshov asked the head of the Ministry of Health about the construction of hospitals in the coming years throughout Kyrgyzstan.
«By order of the government, 20 hospitals with 100, 200 and 300 beds are planned. We discussed this issue yesterday with the head of the Cabinet of Ministers, Akylbek Japarov. We plan to begin construction of hospitals with 500 beds in Bishkek and Osh,» Alymkadyr Beishenaliev said.
He noted that funds have also been budgeted for the overhaul of medical institutions.
