Kyrgyzstan enters top 100 best national cuisines in the world
TasteAtlas has published another rating of the 100 best cuisines in the world. It was compiled based on more than 395,000 dish ratings and more than 115,000 food ratings left by service users.
Italy, the birthplace of pizza, pasta and gelato, took the first place. Japan takes the second place, and Greece — the third. The top ten also includes Portugal, China, Indonesia, Mexico, France, Spain and Peru.
As for Central Asian countries, Uzbekistan (76th place), Kazakhstan (90th place) and Kyrgyzstan (92nd place) made it to the top. Russian cuisine takes 41st place in the rating, and Turkish cuisine — 15th.
