Sinomach Corporation intends to open electric car assembly line in Kyrgyzstan
Minister of Economy and Commerce of Kyrgyzstan Daniyar Amangeldiev met with the Chairman of the Board of China Hi-tech New Energy Auto Company Limited Guo Longxing, which is a subsidiary of Sinomach Corporation, in Beijing (China). The press service of the head of state reported.
The main activities of the company are the production of electric vehicles, research and development, sales, and design of electric vehicle factories.
The minister told that Kyrgyzstan exported 6,861 electric vehicles in 2023.
«This is a good basis for the Chinese side to consider the possibility of opening an assembly line and dealer network in the Kyrgyz Republic,» he noted.
The Chinese side expressed interest in opening an assembly line in the republic and discussing the details of cooperation.
