Founder of construction company Imamidin Tashov placed under house arrest
The founder of KG Group construction company, Imamidin Tashov, was placed under house arrest. The press center of the State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan (SCNS) reported.
Imamidin Tashov transferred ten apartments and commercial premises worth 52.4 million soms to municipal ownership.
The SCNS recalled that a criminal case had previously been opened regarding the illegal construction of residential premises: a kindergarten for 280 children was to be built on a land plot allocated to «O» construction company. But the responsible persons and officials of Bishkek Glavarchitektura and Cadastre state institution entered into a criminal conspiracy with the management of «O» LLC and, in violation of the intended purpose, developed architectural and planning conditions, engineering and technical conditions for the construction of a 12-story residential building with underground parking. They carried out the procedure for issuing a technical passport and processing the relevant documents. As a result, two multi-storey residential buildings were illegally built and sold.
«Owner of «O» construction company compensated the damage to the state in full, and therefore, based on the decision of the Pervomaisky District Court, his preventive measure was changed to house arrest,» the state committee said.
Currently, investigative and operational search activities are carried out to identify the officials involved in these facts.
