Supporter of Adakhan Madumarov placed under house arrest
One of the supporters of a deputy of Parliament Adakhan Madumarov, Zamirbek Shamshidin uulu, was placed under house arrest until January 8, 2024. The Pervomaisky District Court confirmed the information to 24.kg news agency.
An investigator of the Main Investigation Department of the State Committee for National Security submitted a petition to extend the period of application of the preventive measure in the form of detention. It was partially satisfied.
«The previously applied preventive measure in the form of detention in relation to the accused was changed to house arrest,» the Pervomaisky District Court said.
Zamirbek Shamshidin uulu is accused of attempting to organize mass riots and disobeying law enforcement officers.
Adakhan Madumarov was charged under the article «Treason» of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. On September 2, he was detained and, by court decision, placed in the pre-trial detention center of the State Committee for National Security.
