Family members of migrant workers — their underage children left without parental care — are at risk.
According to Nurlanbek Azygaliev, there are problems in the sphere of human trafficking: it is a lack of practice in the detection of crimes and difficulties in collecting evidence.
«There is a need to revise the current national mechanism for detection of victims of human trafficking. This requires financial resources and good professional experts, we understand that,» he said.
Training has been conducted at the national and regional levels with the assistance of donors and the Migration Council.
