Kolbaevs voluntarily transfer 720 apartments to state ownership
At least 720 unfinished apartments have been accepted into state ownership since the beginning of 2023. First Deputy Director of the State Property Management Agency Meder Mashiev announced at a press conference.
The official noted that they were handed over voluntarily. Previously, the housing belonged to the liquidated crime boss Kamchi Kolbaev.
According to him, 38 units of real estate were also transferred to the state, these are buildings and land plots, 15 shares and shares in the authorized capital of business entities, as well as 356 vehicles.
«These are confiscated vehicles, voluntarily transferred and received from international organizations upon completion of projects,» Meder Mashiev told.
