288 apartments in Nizhny Dzhal to be transferred to state ownership
At least 288 apartments with an area of more than 15,000 square meters, belonging to Artis Global Co LTD and Kyrgyz Kaganat companies, will be transferred to the State Property Management Agency. The corresponding order was signed by the head of the Cabinet of Ministers, Akylbek Japarov.
The residential space will be transferred under an agreement that was signed back in 2018 between the companies Artis Global Co LTD and Kyrgyz Kaganat and the Department of Housing and Civil Construction.
The cost of apartments is 616,085.6 million soms. They are located at the address: Bishkek city, microdistrict 15 (near Nizhny Dzhal), within the boundaries of Akhunbaev, Nekrasov and Kopernik streets.
