According to it, city law enforcement officers detained a man who started shooting near a bar on Prosveshcheniya Avenue.
At about 11 p.m. on November 12, the mas was not allowed into one of the bars located on Prosveshcheniya Avenue. Then he took out a traumatic pistol and opened fire. The hooligan was detained by police officers.
Law enforcement officers found out that the shooter was a 30-year-old native of Kyrgyzstan. The police will have to find out all the circumstances of the incident and choose a preventive measure for the offender.
