Aigul Japarova visits mutilated by ex-husband Asel Nogoibaeva
The First Lady of Kyrgyzstan visited Asel Nogoibaeva, who was mutilated by her ex-husband by cutting her face and cutting off her ears and nose. She reported about it on Facebook.
Aigul Japarova emphasized that she strongly condemns this, as well as the whole public.
