Quota for hajj 2024 for Kyrgyzstan is 6,060 people - SDMK
The quota for hajj 2024 for Kyrgyzstan amounted to 6,060 people. The Spiritual Directorate of the Muslims of the Kyrgyz Republic (SDMK) reported.
According to it, the decision was made at the meeting of the head of the pilgrimage headquarters of the muftiyat of Kyrgyzstan Samidin Kara Atabaev, director of the Department for Organization of Pilgrimage Dzholdoshbek Abdyldaev and specialist of the department Dastan Nukunov with the head of the Department of Organization of Pilgrimage of the Ministry of Saudi Arabia Badir Al-Sulami.
Badir Al-Sulami noted that the host country is satisfied with the organization of hajj in Kyrgyzstan.
Registration of pilgrims for hajj will begin on November 9 and will last until November 20.
