Man detained in Bishkek for illegally seizing land in Ak-Zhar residential area
A man was detained in Bishkek for unauthorized seizure of a plot of land. The press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported.
The Department of Internal Affairs of Alamedinsky district received material from Leninsky aiyl okmotu. It said that during a tour of Ak-Zhar residential area, illegally made foundations without permits were discovered.
The fact was registered in the information log and a criminal case was initiated under Article 212 «Unauthorized seizure of someone’s land and unauthorized construction on agricultural lands in violation of the intended purpose» of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
An investigation and active search measures are underway to establish the suspect’s possible involvement in other crimes.
