Crime boss detained in Issyk-Kul region for fraud
A crime boss was detained for fraud in Balykchi. The regional police department reported.
According to it, 49-year-old local resident was detained.
Earlier, a resident of Issyk-Kul region contacted the Balykchy Department of Internal Affairs. He reported that as a result of fraudulent actions he suffered material damage in the amount of over 3 million soms.
During investigative and operational activities, police officers found out that the suspect is «closely connected with the criminal world, adheres to the ideology of the criminal underworld and is a crime boss in Balykchy.»
The detainee was placed in the temporary detention center of the Balykchy Department of Internal Affairs until the court chooses a preventive measure. An investigation is underway.
