Roads in Bishkek and Chui region to be closed from October 25 to October 27
Roads on the way of official delegations will be temporarily closed for traffic from October 25 to October 27. The Deputy Head of the Main Traffic Safety Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Durusbek Zhalilov said at a press conference.
According to him, the road from Manas airport to Bishkek will be closed in Chui region.
Travel to Ala-Archa state residence on the route Fuchik Street — Chui Avenue — Manas Avenue will be temporarily restricted.
In addition, the high guests will visit Ata-Beyit. Therefore, traffic movement will be restricted along Sadyrbaev Street from the state residence to the memorial complex.
«Due to the importance of the events, we ask you to take the restrictions imposed with understanding. We ask to take into account the information about road closures when traveling around Bishkek. If any other streets will be closed, we will additionally inform about it,» Durusbek Zhalilov said.
It is currently unknown exactly when the roads will be closed. They will be closed only during movement of the motorcades.
Bishkek will host the official visit of the Premier of China Li Qiang and the working visit of Prime Minister of Mongolia Luvsannamsrain Oyun-Erdene, as well as meetings of the Heads of Government of the Commonwealth of Independent States, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization and the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council from October 25 to October 27.
