Director of Emark Stroy construction company detained in Bishkek
Director of Emark Stroy construction company, Cholponbek Akmatov, was detained in Bishkek. The Bishkek City Court confirmed the information to 24.kg news agency.
The businessman is accused of money laundering as part of a criminal community. A preventive measure was chosen for him in the form of detention until November 4 in pre-trial detention center No. 1 of the capital.
Earlier, district courts arrested the owner of Elite House construction company, Timur Faiziev, and the General Director of Avangard Style construction company, Ernis Minkeev. They are also charged with paragraph 2 of part 3 of Article 222 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, that is, money laundering as part of a criminal community.
