It is reported that an extraordinary meeting of shareholders of the State Development Bank was held. on October 10, 2023. At it, Ulan Danikeev was elected. In addition, a decision was made to carry out a major transaction to acquire shares of Alfa Telecom CJSC of 50 percent or more of the book value of assets.
The state stake in Alfa Telecom CJSC was sold for 14.8 billion soms. The State Development Bank bought it.
