51,200 people with mental disorders registered in Kyrgyzstan
At least 51,200 people with mental disorders are registered in Kyrgyzstan. The Republican Center for Health Promotion and Mass Communication reported.
It recalled that a month’s campaign was launched in the republic to inform the population about mental illnesses and negative consequences of use of psychoactive substances.
«According to the World Health Organization, more than 450 million people around the world suffer from mental or neurological disorders,» the center noted.
