According to it, in 2022-2023, international organizations collectively rank second after the United States in terms of funding programs and projects on humanitarian cooperation and development assistance in post-Soviet regions.
The largest actors in terms of the number of projects and volumes of funding were the World Bank Group, including the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the Asian Development Bank.
