National Bank's assets in gold estimated at 97.5 billion soms
At the end of August, the assets of the National Bank of Kyrgyzstan in gold amounted to 97,503.3 billion soms. The bank’s website says.
Over the month, the figure increased by 3,357.5 billion soms. Last year, based on the results of eight months, the level of assets in gold was half as much.
In addition, non-monetary gold and gold reserves of the National Bank are estimated at 159,308 billion soms. Over the month they increased by 162.2 million soms. Compared to 2022, the figure increased by 46.5 billion soms.
