Kyrgyzstan's GDP growth to reach about 4 percent by the end of 2023
The real sector of the economy of Kyrgyzstan will show a growth in 2023. Report on the monetary policy of the National Bank says.
It is noted that by the end of 2023, real GDP growth will be about 4 percent, excluding enterprises developing Kumtor mine — about 5 percent. Production at Kumtor is expected to be lower than expected in the previous quarter.
«In a sectoral context, economic growth in the current forecast is supported by the agricultural sectors (due to livestock farming), services and construction sectors,» the National Bank notes.
In 2024, the growth rate of real GDP will be about 3.5 percent.
