Cabinet approves requirements for operation of markets and mini-markets
The Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan approved provisions on the requirements for functioning of markets and mini-markets in Kyrgyzstan. The corresponding resolution was signed by the head of the Cabinet Akylbek Japarov.
According to the Tax Code, there is a simplified system of taxation based on a single tax. The tax rate is 0.1 percent for entrepreneurs who work in markets and mini-markets. The rules for operation of both the objects themselves and the business on their territory are approved by the Cabinet of Ministers.
Therefore, a special document was developed. It spells out not only the conditions for the operation of markets, but the requirements for their inclusion in the register and, therefore, obtaining tax benefits.
