Employees of Traffic Safety Department to regulate traffic in rush hours
The Main Traffic Safety Department is engaged in regulating traffic at intersections of the central streets of Bishkek to prevent traffic jams. Press service of the department reported.
The Main Traffic Safety Department noted that in the morning most of the citizens come to work in the center of the capital. Therefore, the traffic from the south to the north is very intense.
«For this reason, employees will regulate the movement of cars on the central streets, such as Baitik Baatyr and Chingiz Aitmatov, in the morning to the north. And in the evening, in order to avoid traffic jams on these streets again, cars will be directed from north to south,» the statement says.
In addition, the traffic police officers daily remove illegally parked cars near TSUM and GUM shopping centers.
