Head of FC Barcelona Joan Laporta arrives in Kyrgyzstan
The head of Barcelona Football Club, Joan Laporta, arrived in Kyrgyzstan. The Chairman of the State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan Kamchybek Tashiev and deputy of the Parliament Baktybek Sydykov welcomed the guest.
Joan Laporta will take part in the laying of a capsule at the construction site of Barça Football Academy in Bishkek.
President Sadyr Japarov and the heads of the Football Federations of the Central Asian countries are expected to attend the event.
Earlier, the captain of Barcelona football team Carles Puyol arrived in Bishkek.
A friendly match between the legendary players of Barça and Asia will be held at the Spartak Stadium named after Dolon Omurzakov in Bishkek on August 30.
