Rockfall occurs on one of sections of alternative North - South road
One of the sections of the alternative North — South road between Aral and Kazarman is temporarily closed due to a rockfall. Press service of the Main Traffic Safety Department reported.
The volume of the collapsed rock reached 5,000 cubic meters. No road accidents were registered at the site. About 30-40 citizens have been evacuated.
Employees of the Traffic Safety Department and relevant services are clearing the road with the help of equipment. The traffic police ask drivers not to use this section of the road.
