Man stabs his pregnant wife with knife in Kara-Suu
A man was detained for attempted murder of his wife in Kara-Suu district of Kyrgyzstan. Press service of the Internal Affairs Department of Osh region reported.
The police received a message on August 23 at 11.30 p.m. that a 33-year-old woman was taken to the hospital in critical condition.
«It turned out that the 40-year-old man stabbed his wife with a knife during a quarrel. The victim was hospitalized in the regional maternity hospital. A forensic medical examination was scheduled. A criminal case has been initiated under the article «Attempted murder» of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. The suspect was detained, placed in a temporary detention facility,» the department said.
