Rosaviatsiya confirms death of founder of Wagner PMC Yevgeny Prigozhin
Yevgeny Prigozhin and Dmitry Utkin were on board the crashed Embraer plane. The Federal Agency for Air Transport (Rosaviatsiya) reported.
The Embraer-135 aircraft was flying on the basis of permission to use the airspace.
Rosaviatsiya published the names of all passengers and crew members who were on board the plane that crashed in Tver Oblast; among them is Yevgeny Prigozhin and PMC commander Dmitry Utkin.
Sergei Propustin, Yevgeny Makaryan, Alexander Totmin, Valery Chekalov, Nikolai Matyuseyev and three crew members: aircraft commander Alexey Levshin, co-pilot Rustam Karimov and flight attendant Kristina Raspopova were also on board.
