Personal cameraman of President becomes deputy head of OTRK
Ulan Satiev has been appointed an Acting Deputy General Director of OTRK. The Supervisory Board of the TV channel confirmed the information to 24.kg news agency.
It is specified that the Supervisory Board will consider his candidacy for approval in the office in the near future.
Ulan Satiev worked as an expert at the Information Policy Department of the Presidential Executive Office and was a personal cameraman of the head of state.
