Criminal case initiated against ex-chairman of Military Court
Disciplinary Commission under the Council of Judges of Kyrgyzstan refused to prosecute the former chairman of the Military Court Nurlanbek Ashymbekov. Own sources told 24.kg news agency.
According to preliminary data, earlier the Military Prosecutor’s Office opened a criminal case against Nurlanbek Ashymbekov. The judge is charged with extortion of bribe, taking a bribe, as well as abuse of official position.
