Corruption at Customs on agenda of Security Council of Kyrgyzstan
Preparations for the next meeting of the Security Council of Kyrgyzstan began. The Security Council Secretary Damir Sagynbaev told at a press conference.
When asked by a journalist whether there was corruption at the State Customs Service, Damir Sagynbaev evaded a direct answer. He referred to the ongoing collection of information for the meeting of the Security Council.
"We are collecting information. All materials will be voiced at the meeting of the Security Council,” Damir Sagynbaev answered.
Recall, a journalistic investigation of Azattyk, Kloop and OCCRP on smuggling and corruption at the State Customs Service a massive public outcry.
