Interior Minister admits that population not trust the police
The head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs admitted that the population did not trust the police. The Minister of Internal Affairs of Kyrgyzstan Kashkar Dzhunushaliev announced this today at a press conference.
According to him, the Interior Ministry has a lot of work. The task is to clean the internal affairs bodies from unscrupulous employees who, under the guise of a police uniform, are engaged in corruption. Work aimed at improving the level of professional training and strengthening of service discipline is underway.
«We are ready to do everything to make our citizens feel safe,» Kashkar Dzhunushaliev assured.
