Border service names country with threat for Kyrgyzstan
The main threat to Kyrgyzstan comes from Afghanistan. The Chairman of the Border Service Ularbek Sharsheyev told today at a press conference.
According to him, one of the causes of the outgoing threat is the upcoming presidential election in this country on October 20. In this regard, additional checkpoints were set up on the border.
«There are also illegal gangs in Afghanistan. We are not far from this country, so there is a security threat for both Kyrgyzstan and the countries of Central Asia,» said Ularbek Sharsheyev.
