Vega Corporation intends to sue for Safe City
Vega Corporation does not agree with the decision of the Complaints Commission and has to challenge it in the legal field. Letter of the company says.
It is noted that the protocol contains distortions and incorrect information in terms of the company’s documents confirming its qualifications.
«The commission’s work was initiated on the basis of a one-sided interpretation of information from BIS LLC, containing references to documents included in the bid submitted by a consortium headed by Vega, which BIS could not hold legally. For the objectivity of the decision, we should invite our representatives, and not to make a decision unilaterally,» the letter says.
The Complaints Commission decided to cancel the unlawful decision of the procuring entity.
Recall, the Competition Commission recommends to sign an agreement with Vega Corporation. The company offered 1.125 billion soms for the 1st lot, for the second — 1,195 billion soms.
