Information Systems Security LLC turned to an interdepartmental commission with a complaint that Vega Corporation has no mention of the consistency of confirmed experience in photo and video recording of traffic rules violations over the past three years.
«Vega Corporation has not confirmed the contracts mentioned in their letters of guarantee. The company does not have the required experience of $ 9 million and did not provide documentary evidence in the field of automatic provision of comprehensive information on traffic, video surveillance data and traffic violations, recorded using specialized technical means, as well as in the field of information and communication technologies,» decision says.
The commission decided to annul the unlawful decision of the procuring entity.
Recall, the competition commission recommends signing an agreement with Vega Corporation. The company offered 1,125 billion soms for the 1st lot and for the second — 1,195 billion soms.
