International drug channel suppressed in Kyrgyzstan
In the course of active search measures, officers of the State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan stopped the international channel for transportation of narcotic drugs of Afghan origin from the neighboring republic through the territory of Kyrgyzstan to the CIS countries. The press center of the committee reported.
According to it, organizer of the drug channel — foreign citizen — was detained during the transportation of 12.81 kilograms of the Afghan char.
A criminal case was opened on the fact. The detainee was placed in the detention center of the SCNS. Investigative and operational activities continue.
