Bishkek’s police department confirmed information about the detention.
According to the police, a criminal case has been opened on this fact, and the suspect was placed in a pretrial detention center.
«The case was registered by the District Department of Internal Affairs of Oktyabrsky district. All the necessary examinations have been appointed, investigative measures are being carried out,» the police informed.
