MP proposes to establish Best Citizen of Kyrgyzstan Order
Deputy of Parliament Dastan Bekeshev proposed to establish an order Best Citizen of Kyrgyzstan. He made such proposal today at a session of the Parliament.
Deputies are considering a bill on the establishment of Chingiz Aitmatov Order. They offered to reward it for merits in the sphere of culture, cinematography, for fruitful creative activity.
«I have nothing against the bill, but our citizens are very fond of receiving rewards. It is necessary to establish Best Citizen Order and issue it at birth. Many people go and beg for awards. There is a devaluation of the orders,» explained Dastan Bekeshev.
