Soloist of komuz players, who performed Mash Botoy at WNG 2016, passes away
A famous komuz player, Ruslan Zhumabaev, passed away. A singer Askat Musabekov informed on Facebook.
Ruslan Zhumabaev was the leading soloist of thousands of komuz players, who performed Mash Botoy composition by Atai Ogonbaev at the opening of the World Nomad Games in 2016. He was a komuz player of Ordo Sakhna group, the orchestra of folk instruments of the Kyrgyz National Philharmonic Hall and the orchestra under the Bishkek City Administration. He was only 45 years old.
