SDPK parliamentary faction to expel Kozhobek Ryspaev from its ranks
Members of SDPK faction will determine the fate of the deputy of the Parliament, the head of the parliamentary committee on the fuel and energy complex Kozhobek Ryspaev and will submit the decision for discussion of the Chamber. The leader of the Social Democrats faction Isa Omurkulov told 24.kg news agency.
«Kozhobek Ryspaev was expelled from the party, therefore, he must be expelled from the faction. That is, he becomes a free MP and can not head a committee,» said Isa Omurkulov.
He added that the Chamber would decide on the chairman of the fuel and energy committee.
Meanwhile, the deputy Kozhobek Ryspaev, who was recently expelled from SDPK party, is confident that he will remain the head of the committee.
