One more incident occurs on Kyrgyzstan-Tajikistan border
A conflict occurred on the Kyrgyz-Tajik border. The State Border Service of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.
It is noted that the day before the Tajik border guards illegally detained two servicemen of the State Border Service of the Kyrgyz Republic and two citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, who were passing through Vorukh enclave using the transit road Kishemish-Aksai.
Negotiations of the border representatives of Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan were held immediately. The Kyrgyz side informed about illegal actions of the Tajik servicemen.
As a result of the talks, the detained people were released. The Tajik border representative apologized for the actions of the servicemen. At present, the situation on the Kyrgyz-Tajik section of the state border is stable.
