Final version of country's development strategy to be discussed in July
The President of Kyrgyzstan Sooronbai Jeenbekov got acquainted with the finalized draft of the country’s national development strategy for 2018-2040. The Information Policy Department of the Presidential Administration reported.
The President received the Head of the Department of Strategic Development, Economy and Finance, Secretary of the National Council for Sustainable Development Nursulu Akhmetova. She informed the head of state that the project had been finalized with the involvement of the expert and scientific communities, taking into account the comments and proposals made during the public discussion.
In addition, as part of the implementation of the document, priority areas for the president’s work had been discussed.
Sooronbai Jeenbekov instructed to submit the draft strategy for consideration by the participants of the meeting of the National Council for Sustainable Development, which would be held on July 25.
